How quickly can you get started? +
Once the contract is signed and the setup fee is paid, we aim to have everything live within 5 working days of our onboarding kick-off call.
Do I have to commit to a long contract? +
Our minimum term is 3 months โ€” which gives campaigns enough time to show results. After that, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis and cancel with 30 days' notice.
What if I am not sure which package is right for me? +
That is exactly what the free strategy call is for. We will recommend the right package based on your goals, your current situation, and your budget.
What does "setup fee" mean? +
The setup fee covers the initial work of setting up your accounts, auditing your current presence, building your campaigns, and getting everything ready to launch. It is a one-off cost, paid when you sign up.
Is ad spend included in the monthly retainer? +
No โ€” ad spend (the money paid directly to Google or Meta to show your adverts) is separate from our management fee and is paid directly to the platform through your own ad account.
